Why attend?

To quiet self-criticism, reduce anxiety, and cultivate inner compassion. You’ll learn mindful strategies to shift your inner dialogue, build resilience, and foster greater well-being.

Breaking Free from the

Inner Critic

Your inner critic hinders you from enjoying life and being good with you. Perhaps you think being hard on yourself helps you make it, but you'd never talk to anyone else you care about the way you do to yourself. And the self-critic keeps anxiety and distress high, so there's little to no inner peace. Mindful self-compassion practices will help you learn to offer yourself the same compassion you offer others. And this will help you become calmer and not get so rocked when things don't go the way you want. And you just may find you'll actually be more motivated and, most importantly, happier.
