Hi, I'm Jennifer. I'm a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and licensed professional counselor, and I created The Lotus Place because I believe mindfulness should be accessible to anyone who's curious about it, regardless of background or experience level.
My approach is grounded in real life and informed by years of training and practice. Nature is a big part of how I live and how I teach. The natural world has a lot to say about slowing down and paying attention, and that shows up in my work here.
