ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

I'm Jennifer Sigrest, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher. I created Vision Voyage because I needed it myself.

For years, I struggled with staying connected to what mattered most to me. I'd have clarity about what I wanted, and then life would take over and I'd lose touch with my own vision. This framework changed that. It gave me a way to stay gently connected to my intentions and keep moving in the direction of greater alignment and wellbeing.

I use this process in my own life every year. The fact that this course exists is proof it works. Creating this Vision Voyage course was part of my own Navigation Plan, and it took staying connected to that intention before I could bring it to life.

How long does the course take to complete?

The video content is just over 3 hours, but this is a year-long framework. You'll watch the videos to learn the process, then use the tools on your own throughout the year.

Is this self-paced?

Yes. All modules are available immediately. You can move through the teaching content at your own pace, then implement the year-long practice on your own timeline.

Do I have to start in January?

No. You can start your Vision Voyage any time of year. The framework works on a 12-month cycle from whenever you begin.

What if I fall behind or miss a month?

The process is designed to be flexible and forgiving. Life happens. The course teaches you how to get back on track with compassion, not shame.

Is there a community or live support?

This is a self-directed course. There is no community component or live coaching. The framework is designed to work as a solo practice. However, if a community opportunity evolves in the future, you will be notified.
