Vision Voyage is a self-paced online course offering a year-long framework for creating lasting change grounded in mindfulness and self-compassion.

This is the same framework I've used in my own life for several years. It teaches you how to assess your current balance in major areas of life, envision your authentic future self, set achievable monthly goals, and stay connected to what matters throughout the year.

You can start anytime. The framework works on a 12-month cycle from whenever you begin.

Public launch is January 1st, but you're able to get early access now.
