In challenging times—both personal and collective—stress can feel overwhelming and disorienting. This 3-hour online workshop in partnership with Flowering Lotus Meditation offers mindfulness-based tools to help participants reconnect with steadiness and clarity, even amid uncertainty.

Through a blend of guided practice, gentle teaching, and shared reflection, we’ll explore how the nervous system responds to stress and learn supportive strategies grounded in the body and breath. Using the “3S” framework—Slow, Sense, and Scan—participants will deepen their awareness of moment-to-moment experience and discover practical ways to return to balance.

This workshop invites you to turn toward your inner experience with compassion, recognize the underlying vulnerability beneath stress, and cultivate a steadier presence in daily life.

All are welcome—no prior meditation experience necessary.
